Tania Vogel brings nearly two decades of experience in regulatory compliance and quality management to CovarsaDx. Her career encompasses significant roles in the medical device and in vitro diagnostics sectors, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise.
Prior to joining CovarsaDx, Tania served as a Senior Quality Consultant at Fang Consulting. In this role, she led cross-functional teams to harmonize regulatory processes across six medical device business units, effectively streamlining operations and ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards.
Her career also includes pivotal positions at Lifecore Biomedical, Brandless, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and as an independent consultant. At Lifecore Biomedical, Tania managed quality control microbiology efforts, including the validation of cleanroom environments and sterility testing processes. Her meticulous attention to detail and leadership ensured successful outcomes under regulatory scrutiny.
Tania holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Biology and Chemistry from the South Dakota School of Mines. She is an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), staying abreast of industry developments and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
