Mark Boyle
Chief Operations Officer
Mark Boyle serves as Chief Operations Officer of CovarsaDx, bringing more than 25 years of global leadership experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD), medical devices, and life sciences commercialization. Throughout his career, Mark has successfully guided innovative diagnostic technologies from early development through regulatory approval and global market adoption, building scalable organizations and driving sustained revenue growth along the way.
Mark has held senior executive roles across multinational corporations, emerging diagnostic companies, and global CRO environments. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Global Consulting Services at NAMSA, where he led an international team of more than 130 MedTech consultants and oversaw global regulatory, clinical, and quality service delivery. He was responsible for operational performance, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives supporting diagnostic and medical device manufacturers worldwide.
Earlier in his career, Mark played a pivotal role in the global commercialization of QuantiFERON-TB Gold at QIAGEN, helping grow the franchise to more than $100 million in annual sales. He also served as President of Clinical Genomics IVD and Chief Business Officer at Ellume USA, where he led U.S. market entry, regulatory strategy, and commercialization efforts for innovative diagnostic platforms. Across each role, Mark has combined deep regulatory knowledge with commercial acumen to position companies for long-term growth and strategic success.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology, as well as a Graduate Certificate of Management from The University of Adelaide, Australia.
