With over 20 years of IT management and expertise in software development & operations, Keith brings a wealth of experience to CovarsaDx. Proficient in Linux, Windows, cloud administration, and advanced automation, Keith is responsible for maintaining the health and security of CovarsaDx’s IT infrastructure. He expertly manages the Microsoft 365 environment, oversees backups, and provides technical support across Windows and Apple platforms. His extensive background in scripting, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and virtualization enables him to design secure, scalable systems that support CovarsaDx’s clinical research mission.

In his role, Keith also oversees employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring strong user and file management security. Additionally, he leverages his skills in cloud infrastructure to contribute to C# software development on AWS, expanding CovarsaDx’s technological capabilities while upholding robust data management practices. Keith’s dedication to operational efficiency and innovative IT solutions positions CovarsaDx at the forefront of clinical research technology, supporting our mission to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for our partners and patients alike.
