Annette Murdock-Tangye

Annette Murdock-Tangye brings more than two decades of human resources experience within higher education research institutions across Louisiana, Arkansas, and Colorado, along with over five years in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. A veteran of the United States Navy, where she served as an Aerographer’s Mate, Annette combines discipline, adaptability, and a deep understanding of people and organizational culture.
At CovarsaDx, Annette manages all human resources and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. Additionally, she manages the IT functions by providing oversight and guidance to the IT team.
Annette earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business from the University of Guam and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has held her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification since 2009.
