Emily Eberwein

Clinical Project Management Associate

Emily Eberwein is a detail-oriented project coordinator with hands-on experience supporting diagnostic programs from early development through commercialization. In her role as Clinical Project Management Associate at CovarsaDx, she supports the planning and execution of IVD and medical device studies, including coordination across clinical operations, regulatory, and sponsor teams.

Before joining CovarsaDx, Emily supported the NIH’s COVID-19 Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx) initiative as an Assistant Program Facilitator, helping accelerate test development and scale deployment nationwide. She also served as a Distribution Center Facilitator for COVID-19 diagnostics, where she oversaw vendor coordination, tracked deliverables, and managed communications across stakeholders.

Earlier in her career, Emily was a Project Coordinator at Personal Genome Diagnostics, where she helped manage timelines, status reporting, and deliverables for pharma-sponsored molecular diagnostic programs. Her background includes project planning, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management—key skills she brings to every clinical trial she supports.

Emily holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and is based in Maryland.
