With a career spanning nearly two decades and a resume that reads like a blueprint for excellence in regulatory compliance and quality management, Tania is poised to make an incredible impact on our mission to drive innovation in IVD and medical device trials.
A Proven Leader in Quality and Compliance
Tania has more than 15 years of medical device andin vitro diagnostics experience. She joins us from Fang Consulting, where she served as a Senior Quality Consultant, leading cross-functional teams to harmonize regulatory processes across six medical device business units. Previously, she held a variety of positions at Lifecore Biomedical, Brandless, US FDA, and as an independent consultant.While at Lifecore, Tania was instrumental in managing quality control microbiology efforts, including the validation of cleanroom environments and sterility testing processes. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to lead large teams ensured successful outcomes even under the scrutiny of FDA and other regulatory bodies.Tania’sexpertise in FDA compliance, ISO standards, and international regulatory requirements empowered organizations to streamline operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. Tania holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Biology/Chemistry from the South Dakota School of Mines.
